It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Marie Couvillion of Eunice, Louisiana, who passed away on May 1, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. John Lee Couvillion; and her daughter Marie Louise Couvillion. She is survived by: her children, Darren Couvillion (Leah) of Baton Rouge, Sue Andrepont (Chuck), Michelle George (Mike) and Jeanelle Fruge (Nick); her grandchildren, Peyton Couvillion, John Christian Lyons, Nathan Andrepont, Jacob, Ian, Kaleb George, Grace and Zachary Fruge; and her great grandchild Emrie George. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ardoin's Funeral Home (1301 W Laurel Ave, Eunice, LA 70535). A rosary was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (1011 Sittig St, Eunice, LA 70535).
