He is survived by: his wife Diana Frasier Bellard; his children, James Bellard, Paula Faul (Francis) and Sandra Vidrine (Joe); his siblings, Nathan Bellard and Rita Pafford; his grandchildren, April (Wayne), Brandy (Maurillio), Jeremy, Holly (Ryan), Bethany (Kyle), Sharon (Dustin), Jessica (Web), Sami (Jo), Michaela (Cameron), Eric (Kayla) and Brent (Brittney); and his great grandchildren, Amber, Autumn, Noah, Shayla, Hayden, Rilynn, Hunter, Addie, Kathryn, Caroline, Ben, Briley, Ruby, Levi, Isla, Hux, Lincoln, Teddy, Lennon, Ollie, Ellis, Brody, Brooklyn, Brielle, Lorena, Landen and Lyndsey.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Quirk & Son Funeral Home (121 S 6th St, Eunice, LA 70535). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at the Saint Paul Cemetery (1150 Walnut Ave, Eunice, LA 70535).
