He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Kay Welch; and his brother Devan Perkins. He is survived by: his father Jon G. Bordelon, Sr.; his stepmother Amy Bordelon; and his siblings, Chris Bordelon (Betty), Jason Walker, Karli Perkins, Erica Peel and Brittany Nicole.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church (1154 Academy Dr, Eunice, LA 70535).
