He is survived by: his wife Norma M. Aucoin; his children, Keith Aucoin (Lori), Jon Craig Aucoin, Neil Aucoin (Yvette) and Angela Aucoin Cormier (Aubrey); his brother Robert Aucoin (Carolyn); and his caregivers, Lori Bellard-Bushnell, Tatum Fruge and Christine Richard. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ardoin's Funeral Home (1301 W Laurel Ave, Eunice, LA 70535). A rosary was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (310 W Vine Ave, Eunice, LA 70535). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Cemetery (1011 Sittig St, Eunice, LA 70535).
