He is survived by: his daughter Misty Perrodin, Jr. (Ronald) of Crowley; the mother of his children Agnes Lynette Leckelt Guidry of Crowley; his siblings, Judy Nero of Rayne, Jackie Guidry of Duson, Tina Miller Clark of Church Point, Paul Miller of Iota, Thomas Miller of Iota, L. J, John Louis Miller of Rayne and Ray Miller of Crowley; his grandchildren, Alainah Celeste Perrodin of Crowley and Joseph "Josey" Guidry IV of Cankton; his godchildren, Angel Nero of Rayne and Lizzy Randall of Crowley; and his sister Clarice Carrier Boone of Eunice.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ardoin Funeral Home in care of his daughter, Misty Perrodin, to assist the family with funeral expenses.
