As we bid Joseph farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Joseph is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Seraphim Daigle and Eva Faul Daigle; and his stepdaughter Mary Katherine Goldberg. He is survived by: his wife Rita Gail Briley Wheeler; and his stepdaughters, Krista Courville (Jessie), Deanna Fontenot, Michelle Wheeler and Lindsey Wheeler.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Et Quirk & Son Funeral Home - Eunice (121 S 6th St, Eunice, LA 70535). A rosary will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
