He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Young and Mildred Richame Young; his wife Ethel Fontenot Young; his son Jody Anthony Young; and his siblings, Russell Young, Maggie Babineaux and Irving Young.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Young (Debbie Morales) of Mandeville, Daniel Young (Holly Reed) of Eunice and Tracy Young (Wendy Huckaby) of Youngsville; his siblings, KayLee Y. Durham of Spring, TX, Kirtley Young (Maria) of Eunice, Bernadette Y. Ralston of Kenner and Faith Ann Millington of Cypress, TX.; his grandchildren, Cassie, Stephen, Ashley, Seth, Taylor, Shelby and Noah; and his great grandchildren, Payton, Reagan, Gavin, Parker and Zane.
