He is survived by: his children, Rozuandra Jacobs of Eunice, LA and Michael Anthony Jacobs II of Eunice, LA; his siblings, Joann Johnson of Tampa, FL, Mary Hodge of Houston, TX, Raymond Jacobs of Killeen, TX and Lincoln Payne Jr. of Baytown, TX; and his grandchildren, Zhaleyhia Finley and Makenli Jacobs. He is also survived by other relative and friends.
