She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Long and Onelia Matt Long; and her sister Helen Long. She is survived by: her husband James Gaspard of Eunice; her children, James Gaspard, Jr. (Cindy), Patrick Gaspard, Frank Gaspard, Marie Henry (Billy) and Robert Gaspard (Kristina) of Opelousas; and her sister Ellen Long of Eunice. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty six great grandchildren; a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
