He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Fuselier Champagne; and his children, Paula Marcotte (George), Patrick D Champagne, Jr., Charles Champagne (Jennifer), Paul Champagne (Sarah) and David Champagne (Julie). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
