He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Richard Miller; his parents, Joseph Miller and Nola Miller; and his siblings, Timothy Deshotel, Darrell Deshotel, Dillon Johnson and Diane Myers.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Miller (Robyn), Gregg Courville (Ricardo Rojas), Deborah Jerry (David), Susan Miller (Martha Morgan), Kim O'Brien (Kevin) and Lana Michaud; his sister Alma Tate; his grandchildren, Blake, Katie, Jacob, Andre, Ceslie, Matthew, Trae, Lahna, Lucy, Carter and Beckham; and his great grandchildren, Andre Jr., Marley, Augie and Aurelia.
