Rosena Ledet Perkins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosena Ledet Perkins of Eunice, Louisiana, who passed away on November 20, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Matthews R. Perkins, Sr.; her parents, Celestin Ledet and Victoria Semien Ledet; her siblings, Felton Ledet, Curtis Ledet (Alveretta Ledet), Irene Thibodeaux (Dolton Thibodeaux), Chester Ledet (Natalie Ledet), Louelda Johnson and Lula Mae Ledet; and her siblings-in-law, Gloria Honore, Joseph Green Perkins, III (Maudrey Mae August) and Frank Gayle.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria Perkins, Walley (Donald) of Madison, AL and Matthews R. Perkins, II of Eunice, LA; and her granddaughter Alexandra Grace Perkins (Walley). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
