He is survived by: his wife Alma Deshotel Tate; his children, Brydie Tate Manuel (Neil) and Michael Tate (Renee); and his grandchildren, Ellen Manuel Jester (Jacob), Seth Tate, Lauren Manuel, Sarah Tate and Averie Manuel.
