Walter C. Thibodeaux Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Walter C. Thibodeaux of Eunice, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 20, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clevens Thibodeaux and Eve Thibodeaux; the mother of his children Joyce Thibodeaux; his son Dean Thibodeaux; and his sister Louise Thibodeaux.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Fruge Thibodeaux of Eunice; his children, Timmy J. Thibodeaux (Lynn) of Eunice and Janice Babineaux (Steve) of Duralde; his sisters, Ethelene LeDoux of Rayne and Yvonne Bogon (Glenn) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Chad Babineaux, Anthony Babineaux (Dawn), Jake Babineaux (Jennifer), Dane Thibodeaux, Dusty Thibodeaux, Christy Boutin and Johnathan Manuel; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Evan Babineaux, Cullen, Jolie, Amelie, Wren Babineaux, Cart, Eli, Ellie Thibodeaux, William, Avery Hollie, Conner Thibodeaux, Laila Fontenot, Brianna Fontenot, Layni-Jo Boutin, Brailynn Boutin, Nathan Manuel and Rylan Manuel.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ardoin's Funeral Home (1301 W Laurel Ave, Eunice, LA 70535). A prayer will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Edward Catholic Church (1463 Charlene Hwy, Church Point, LA 70525). A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the St. Edward Catholic Cemetery (1363 Charlene Hwy, Church Point, LA 70525).
