He is survived by: his wife Jackie Long Manuel; his daughters, Johnnie Ruth Naquin (Nelton), Jessica Dischler (David) and Frankie Podrat; his siblings, Johnny Manuel (Cheryl), Dwayne Manuel (Patricia) and Janet Prudhomme (Butch); his grandchildren, Peyton, Madison, Logan (Heidi), Leigha and Caroline; and his great grandchild Emmy.
He was also a member of St. Thomas More Knight of Columbus council 10428, which empowered him to live his faith through charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.
