She was predeceased by: her grandchild Gaspard; her parents, Antoine Guidry and Eula Mae Blanchard; her son-in-law Thomas Hooton; her in-laws, Leon Babineaux and Cecil Legere; her sister Gloria Credeur; her godson Francis Cormier; and her grandparents, Lessin Blanchard, Edmonia Hebert, Arthur Guidry and Marcelite Arceneaux.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Babineaux, Sr.; her children, Howard Babineaux, Jr. (Donna) of New Iberia, Jacquelyn "Jackie" Montoucet of Carencro and Billie Joyce Hooton of Huntington, OR; her grandchildren, Cainan Garcia, Amanda Perrodin (Ross), Tracie Robichaux (Ross), Wesley Montoucet (Amy), Valerie Montoucet, Courtney Babineaux (Kelly), Kyle Babineaux and Katelyn Babineaux (Chris); her great grandchildren, Jacque Perrodin, Andre Perrodin, Amelie Perrodin, Ryan Robichaux, Adelie Gaspard, Averie Kate Trahan and Russell Dugas; her sisters, Betty Prejean (Patrick) of Scott, Geradline Credeur of Scott and Beatrice Credeur (Davis Lee) of Scott; her goddaughters, Beatrice Credeur, Belinda Berard, Cheryl Csaszar and Mia Serrin; and her close friend Lucy Allemen (late Murphy).
