She is survived by: her children, Irene Fuqua of Evergreen, Linda Mayeux (Terry) of Bunkie, Joe Paul Desselle (Emma) of Bunkie and Rickey Desselle (Mona) of Port Allen. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home (302 St John St, Bunkie, LA 71322). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Little Flower (2932 Main St, Evergreen, LA 71333). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie (302 St John St, Bunkie, LA 71322).
