He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Joseph Oliver, Sr. and Jimmie Lee Oliver; his brother Charles "Mike" Michael Oliver; his brothers-in-law, Terry Francois and Bruce Cazelot; and his nephew Chris Oliver.
He is survived by: his children, Joey Oliver (Miranda) of Grand Lake, LA. and Wendy Boyett (Quin) of Moss Bluff, LA.; his grandchildren, Kylie Oliver, Caleb Oliver and Lily Boyett; and his sisters, Christine Francois of Bunkie, LA. and Robin Cazelot of Bay Hills, LA. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home (302 St John St, Bunkie, LA 71322). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Little Flower (2932 Main St, Evergreen, LA 71333). A rosary will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie (302 St John St, Bunkie, LA 71322).
