She was predeceased by: her husband Ormal M. Frith; her former husband Robert L Martindale; her sons, Kenneth E. (Kimbo) and Roger D. Martindale (Gloria); her stepsons, Ronnie and Donnie Frith; her granddaughter Candice Martindale Wier; her parents, Alvin "Al" Dodd and Effie Mae Patrick Dodd; her siblings, Raymond, Ted Dodd, Evelyn Stell, Robbie Mashaw and Peggy Harrelson; and her brother-in-law Jim Nevala.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Mike), Richard (Pat) and Cindy W. Barham (Wayman); her sisters, Gloria Nevala and Inez Malone; her great great grandchildren, Beth Waldron (Lance), Kimberly Evans (Jamie), Dovie "Dede" Day (Alan), Charles Martindale (Christy), Kelley Givens (James) and Frank Spohn; and her stepdaughter Rebecca Alford. She is also survived by Grandchildren 11, Great Grandchildren.
