He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank, Jr. Meeks and Dorothy Meeks; and his brother Johnnie W. Meeks. He is survived by: his children, Shelley Hollis (Richard), Shane Meeks (Ann) and Carson Gray; his girlfriend Toni Gray; his grandchildren, Tristen Hollis, Makaela Hollis and Carter Gray; his great grandchild Bransyn Stringfellow; and his siblings, June Brantley (Terry), Vicki Dodd (Lavelle), Charolette Day and Kevin Meeks (Dawn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
