He is survived by: his wife Teresa Acree Booth; his children, John Salter (Julie), Dori Cook (Jody), Kim Booth and Wendy Booth; his brother Scotty Booth (Terri); his grandchildren, Tristan Salter, Teigen Salter, Teryn Salter (Sam), Remington Snyder (Ben), Ever Cook, Tori Mahrous (Kareem) and Abby Holden; and his nephews, Ben and Joe Booth. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
