He was predeceased by: his parents, Miller Booth and Ernestine Beal Booth; and his brother Ronnie Booth. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Acree Booth; his children, John Salter (Julie), Dori Cook (Jody), Kim Booth and Wendy Booth; his brother Scotty Booth (Terri); his grandchildren, Tristan Salter, Teigen Salter, Teryn Salter (Sam), Remington Snyder (Ben), Ever Cook, Tori Mahrous (Kareem) and Abby Holden; and his nephews, Ben and Joe Booth. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home (312 Smith St, Farmerville, LA 71241).
