He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruel Parker and Leta Parker. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Parker; his children, Mitchell Parker, Renee Rhodes and Larry Parker; and his sister Shirley Willis. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
