He was predeceased by : his mother Glenda Faye Stephenson; his brother Brandon Nichols; his grandparents, Bob, Ellen Nichols and WillowDean Stephenson; and his great-grandparent Louise Farrow.

He is survived by : his father Michael H. Nichols (Debbie); his siblings, Amy Nichols and Kacy Nichols (Amy J.); his niece Isabel Nichols; and his nephews, Wyatt Nichols, Gabriel Nichols and Elijah Nichols.
