She is survived by: her children, Andrew Carter, Jr. (Candace) of Memphis, TN, Tony Carter of Ferriday, Tyrone Carter of Ferriday and Ulanda Carter of Atlanta, GA; and her siblings, Anthony Holmes of Ferriday, LaVone Carter of Ferriday, Pinkey Thomas of Ferriday, Stacy Thomas of New Orleans, LA, Hazel Smith (Jerry) of New Orleans, LA, Annice Jackson of Ruston, LA and Vera Cowin of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
