He is survived by: his children, Will Clifton (Miranda) of Springdale, AR and Kate Neal (Gary) of Ferriday, LA; his grandchildren, Sarah Sikes (Christopher) of Siloam Springs, AR, Milton Riley Neal of Ferriday, LA, William Jace Neal of Ferriday, LA and Emma Kate Neal of Ferriday, LA; his great grandchild Gray Sikes; his close friend Carolyn Magoun; and his nephews, David Clifton and Steven Clifton.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (106 Morgantown Rd, Natchez, MS 39120).
