Clem; his wife Linda of Roxie, MS; his children, David Clem of Georgia, Levi Clem of Vidalia, LA, James E. Clem, Jr. of Vidalia, LA, Amanda Clem and Rachael Clem of Georgia; and his sister Nicole Robichaux of Houma, LA.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 72 Sandpiper Rd, Roxie, MS 39661.
