It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Decker of Ferriday, Louisiana, born in Van Buren, Arkansas, who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband James Floyd Decker; her parents, McKinley Terrill and Beadie Bennett Terrill; and her siblings, Mildred Terrill, Charles Terrill, Syble Terrill, Dean Lowery and Janie Freeman.
She is survived by : her children, Tommy Decker (Susan) of Natchez, MS, Brenda Coates of Monticello, MS, Sandy Decker of Ferriday, LA, John Decker of Ferriday, LA and Linda Holley (Heath) of Natchez, MS. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
