He is survived by: his wife Mandy Davis Cowan of Ferriday, LA; his son Jon Michael Cowan of Ferriday, LA; his parents, Harvey Cowan and Ann Cowan of Ferriday, LA; his siblings, Janice Coleman of Ferriday, LA, Harvey Cowan Jr. (Shannon) of Monterey, LA and Jessica Prudhomme (Brent) of Bossier City, LA; and his niece Emmerlyn Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
