He is survived by: his wife Angela "Maxine" Smith; his children, Avery Atkins, Tousha Chatman (Nate), Terrance Atkins (Malissa), Tia Damond (Kendall), Nathaniel Smith, Jr., Dyron, Raven McKeel (Kaevyon), Kaytlyn Smith and Kamrin Smith; his siblings, Jake Smith, Jr., Joe Smith, Willie Smith, Bobby Smith, Donald Smith, Rosetta Johnson, Mary Louise Williams-Bradley and Avis Denise Sanders; and his uncle Herman Johnson.
