With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlote Jaquetta Dailey of Florien, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 7, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Dewil and Thelma Dewil; her husband Tommy Dailey of Nick's Drive Inn; her brother Raymond "Bud" Dewil; and her brother-in-law Mike Dailey.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joe Dewil, Sr. (Jeanette), Loretta "Tootsie" Law (Jerl) and Cricket Withers (David); her children, Janice Renea, John Raymond (Paige) and Trudie Gilcrease (Brian); her grandchildren, Samantha Staddon (Zack), Matthew Dailey (Shana), Logan Gilcrease (Alaina) and Layton Gilcrease; and her great grandchildren, Averi Grace (AG), Maverick Staddon (Mavy), Ryder Williams, Kayleigh (KK), Wyllow (My Little) and Hadley Dailey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
