She was predeceased by: her husband Gary P. Thompson; her parents, Dan Lucius and Nellie Lucius; and her siblings, Katherine Brumley and Dan Lucius, Jr..
She is survived by: her brother Sidney Lucius of Florien; her children, Lisa McGuirt (Mike) of Shreveport and Mark (Susan) of Big Canoe, Georgia; her grandsons, Matthew (Kim), Adam (April) and Jacob McGuirt; her great grandchildren, Lily, Caleb, Sophie, Emily and Chase; and her nephews, Jason and Sam Lucius.
