She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Joseph Bourgeois, Sr. and Ella Gotti Bourgeois; and her sisters, Wanda Bourgeois Jenkins and Yvette Bourgeois Barbazon. She is survived by: her siblings, Royal Joseph Bourgeois, Jr., Roger Bourgeois (Gwenda) and Regina Bourgeois Core; her half-sister Gale Ann Bourgeois; and her great-niece Jessica (Levi Springer). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (11345 St John Church Rd, Folsom, LA 70437). A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Bogue Falaya Cemetery (14278 LA-1077, Folsom, LA 70437).
In lieu of flowers any donations can be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ella Louise's memory.
