He is survived by: his wife Lillie Bruhl Willie; his daughters, Jeanie Willie Mizell (Jim), Jennifer Willie Galloway and Jody Willie Crowe (Talbert); his grandchildren, Lexie Mizell, Sarah Mizell Ayers, Drew Mizell, Tanya Crowe Wade (Cody), Cody Crowe (Victoria) and Bailey Galloway Roussel (Cameron); his great grandchildren, Ezra, Hattie Ayers, Paul, Andi Roussel and Laura Mae Crowe; and his sisters, Joyce Adams, Rochelle Jones, Barbara Hood (Sidney) and Peggy Small (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, and in accordance with J.C.'s wishes, donations may be made to Red Bluff Baptist Church, where he was a devoted member.
