She is survived by: her husband Gary "Bud" Wayne Kurtz of Forest Hill; her children, Kevin Wayne Kurtz (Anita) of Vinton and Angie Rogers (Robert) of Forest Hill; her siblings, Charlie Holloway of Forest Hill, Claude Holloway (Vergie) of Forest Hill, Virginia Martin of Forest Hill and Lillian Langston (John) of Forest Hill; her grandchildren, Alyssa Doucet (Devin), Rachel Setliff (Nick), Andrew Humphries (Larissa), Matthew Humphries and James Rogers; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Lily, Amelia, MaKenna, Jackson, Spencer, Hudson, Mason and Weston.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home or the Pisgah Cemetery Association.
