She is survived by: her husband AJ Constantine of Forked Island; her children, Kevin Constantine (Cindy) of Forked Island and Tanya Fontenot (Justin) of Kaplan; her grandchildren, Valari, Andrew, Kodi Constantine and Laney Toups; her great grandchildren, Opie Mathews and Monroe Mathews; and her son-in-law Jerry Toups of Forked Island.
In lieu of flowers that family request the memorial donations be made to "American Heart Association" in memory of Mable Constantine.
