She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Cosner and Vira Surles Cosner. She is survived by: her husband Governor Murphy J. "Mike" Foster, Jr.; her sons, Paul West (Lisette) and Troy West (Sandra); her stepchildren, Murphy J. Foster, III (Diane) and Ramelle Foster; her grandchildren, John West, Jennifer Harding, Michelle Eunice, Christopher West, Zachary West, Spencer West, David West, Murphy J. Foster, IV and Clark Foster; her brother Fred Cosner (Darlene); and her caregivers, Sherry Henderson, Coratio Yelling, Cassie Murdock, Debra Declouet, Patrice Charles and Pauline Johnson.
