She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel H. Williams and Jessie Mae Williams; and her siblings, Reginald Elmore (Dorothy Elmore) and Yevone Williams. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Parker of Port Arthur, Texas; her children, Jason Williams of Odessa, Mark Conners of Franklin, Kendrick Levine (Lacrecia) of Youngsville, Louisiana, Jennifer Elmore (Larry Smith) of Franklin, Louisiana and Yvishia Levine of Franklin, Louisiana; and her siblings, Raymond Williams of Arlington, Samuel Williams, Jr. of Houston, Hayward Williams of Houma, Lawrence Williams of Lafayette, Louisiana, June Carmouch-Gray (Jamie) of Patterson, Belva Joy Williams (Albert Bass) of New Orleans, Louisiana, Gail Dejean of Franklin, Louisiana and Debra Fine of Franklin, Louisiana. She is also survived by twenty four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, along with a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Jude Spiritual Church (632 11th St, Franklin, LA 70538). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
