We are sad to announce that, on December 17, 2025, at the age of 86, Dalton Robert Simoneaux of Franklin, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela Marie "Angie" Simoneaux Gremillion; his parents, Vitale Robert Simoneaux and Esther Meyers Simoneaux; his brother Dallas J. Simoneaux; his brother-in-law Terry Blanco; his stepchildren, James Wesley Smith Jr. and Terri Lynn Smith; and his nephews, John "Toody" Keenze and Robert Edward "Bobby" Keenze.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jenkins Simoneaux; his children, Sherry Simoneaux (Ken Hebert) and Kevin Simoneaux (Mindi); his siblings, Alvin "Boone" Simoneaux (Stephanie), Verline Keenze (John) and Patty Ann Blanco; and his grandchildren, Mathew Ryan Simoneaux (Kaitlin), Sidney Dean Duhon Jr., Amiee Lynn Chapman, Kurt Anthony Chapman, Hadley James Chapman and Danielle Marie Gremillion. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
