He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Brown, Sr. and Hattie Wilson Brown; his siblings, Homer Brown, Sr., Isaac Brown, Herman Brown, Braxton Babino, Odelia Brown, Sarah Lee Hunt, Marilene Babino, Barbara Babino and Athline Babino; his son-in-law Brandon Cayette; his close friend Debra Lightfoot Bourgeois; and his grandson Quincy Van Phu.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Randall-Brown; his children, Don Brown, Jr. (Christy), Joe Darby, Clifford Williams, Jr., Clifton Williams, Demerit Brown-Cayette, Joetta Williams, Shelika Claiborne and Latricia Dauntain; and his siblings, David Babino, Larry Babino, Wilfred Babino, Calvin Babino, Pasty Lee Babino, Lucinda Wilson, Shirlene Brown, Carrie Daniels, Mary Ann Edwards (Isaac), Patricia Norman (Darrell), Bernice Babino, Eva Mae Williams (Bobby) and Willie Mae Cooks. He is also survived by twenty six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
