He is survived by: his wife Patricia Johnson Picard; his children, James Palmisano, Audrey Lachausse, Sharon Viator and Johnny Roberts; and his sisters, Cathy Picard Clements and Linda Picard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family; as well as countless friends.
