She was predeceased by: her son Don Carlos Smith; and her siblings, James, Vernon Jeffers and Louise Crawford. She is survived by: her husband Wilton J. Hebert; her children, Diane Byrd, Linda Lee Walker (Scotty), Cricket Boudreaux (Jimmy Strickland), Tina Broussard and Wilton J. "JoJo" Hebert Jr.; her stepdaughter Sally Hebert (David); and her brother Frank Jeffers. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
