He was predeceased by: his son Dwayne Charles Broussard; his parents, Wilson Louis Broussard and Mabel Hebert Broussard; and his sister Wanda Broussard Venable. He is survived by: his wife Milda Wilbur Broussard; his children, James W. "Jay" Broussard Jr., Dirk J. Billiot, Vance M. Broussard, Duana Billiot, Desha Sprague, April Lynn Babin (Scotty) and Stephanie Duke (Brandon); his grandchildren, Kylie, Hailey, Nevaeh, Makenna, Alex, Alyssa, Ayden, Avian, Jardin, Kylee and Branson; his great grandchildren, Beau and Grayson; and his sister Mary Broussard Beech. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
