She was predeceased by: her son Timothy Caskey; her parents, Collins Bergeron Sr. and Lena Theriot Bergeron; her brothers, Charles Bergeron, Collins Bergeron Jr., Gerald Bergeron and David Bergeron; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Caskey.
She is survived by: her husband Prentiss "Buddy" Caskey; and her children, Melanie Caskey Yeatts (Gary), Randy Caskey, Tanya Caskey (Stanford Lee) and David Caskey (Miranda). She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren; her 17 great grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
