He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Luther Campbell and Ophelia Hancock Campbell; his granddaughter Brittany Angelle Simoneaux; and his siblings, H. C. Campbell, Harold Campbell, Dorothy C. Ware, Cloria "Jennie" Charpentier, Jimmy Glynn Campbell and Sherman "Pete" Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Wonderlon Concienne Campbell; his children, Angela "Angie" C. Simoneaux (Scott), Stephanie C. Martin (Emmet John "JB", Jr.) and Jarrod Campbell (Brenda); his grandsons, Aaron Martin (Krissi) and Christopher Simoneaux; and his great grandchildren, Kate and Lucy Mae Martin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
