He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence John Clements Sr. and Estelle Stansbury Clements; his siblings, Clarence J. "Poochie" Clements (Mary), Dianne Clements and Joe Clements Sr.; his parents-in-law, James Strubb and Meryl Ibert Strubb; and his brother-in-law Fred Strubb.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Strubb Clements; his sons, Troy Clements (Danielle), Trent Clements and Travis Clements (Jenny); his grandchildren, Morgan, Ella and Lily Grace; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Strubb (Sue), Michael Strubb and Ethel Ward (Chris); his friends, Donna Pepper, Yorkie and Belle; and his grandsons, Brody Clements and Brennan Clements. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
