He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Phillips, Sr. and Florence Hatch; and his brother Warren Phillips, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Thomas R. Phillips (Angelique) of Anaheim, California and Elizabeth Phillips Chiles (Michael) of Cerritos, California; and his brothers, Ronald Armstrong of Patterson and Darryl Robinson of Los Angeles, California. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, along with host of family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel (1101 Main St, Franklin, LA 70538).
