He is survived by: his wife Elaine Numair Karam; his sons, Abraham (Caroline Pechuzal), Michael Karam and David (Yilun Koethe); his granddaughter Nadine Marie Karam; and his sister Barbara Bradshaw. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
