It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winfield J. Theriot Jr. of Franklin, Louisiana, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his former life partner Darlene Pillaro Theriot; his parents, Winfield J. Theriot Sr. and Myrtle Westfall Theriot; and his sisters, Ann Rodriguez and Jill Bodin.
He is survived by : his daughters, Leslie Theriot and Emily Gerhart (Scott); his grandchildren, Erin Bourque, Chloe Scheider, Justin and Benjamin Gerhart; his sisters, Goldie T. Hay (David) and Winnie T. Chauvin; his nieces and nephews, Robin Gladden, Robert Chauvin, Skye Bodin, Pierce Bodin, Bridget Hay and Blake Hay; his stepsons, Dexter Pichoff, Jr. (Jeanne) and Damon Pichoff (Lacey); his stepgrandchildren, Blaise, Ilan Pichoff, Willow, Imogen and Eloise Pichoff; his fiancée Darlene Scelfo; and also, Adam and Linda Meche. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
