She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Charles D. Lewis and Betty Crain Lewis. She is survived by: her son John E. "Jamie" Nastasi, Jr. (Kristine); her grandchildren, Kathryn of Baton Rouge, LA., Joseph of Baton Rouge, LA., Sara of Baton Rouge, LA. and Rebecca of Baton Rouge, LA.; and her siblings, Dane Lewis (Shirley) and Robin Shields (Rick). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
