He was predeceased by : his parents, Silas Partman (Dewey) and Katie Burris Partman; and his siblings, Silas Partman Jr. of Alfred Partman, E. M, Wilfred Partman, Edith Causey, Louise Hewitt and Ursline Partman.

He is survived by : his children, Priscilla Ann Young of Houston, Jacquelyn Partman Brown (Joseph) of New Orleans, Alvin Curtis Partman, Sr. (Sharon) of Franklinton, James Allen Partman of New Orleans, Toni Alecia Glass (James) of Powder Springs, Elliott Partman of Franklinton, Katrina Renee Smith of Kannaopolis, Hayward Partman II of Franklinton and Timothy Dorando Partman (April) of Franklinton, Louisiana; and his sisters, Eva Spikes and Helen Spearman. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM and on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at 610 T W Barker Dr, Franklinton, LA 70438.
